Publix Premium Ice Cream packaging design. The actual flavor was Carmel Turtle Cheesecake, but the public simply calls it "Mermaid Ice Cream" and of all the limited edition flavors, this one has been remade the most. Publix credits much of this success to the tongue-in-cheek 'Cheesecake' illustration. This works particularly well in Florida, where mermaids are big part of the culture.
